My mp3 player is broken. Okei, not really broken, the confounded thing just refuses to turn on.

…Okei, I’m lying about that, too. It turns on, but it takes half forever to do so. And by then, I’m halfway to my destination. ~annoyed~

I almost bought a new one at Digitallife. But the thought of my no-money status stopped me. Just barely. Do you know it’s like to be surounded by technology you can’t buy? OTL

Like most some people, I went for the freebies. xDD–~gets bricked~

Learning from the last time I went to Digitallife (where I wore heels), I wore sneakers this time. But by the end of the day, my feet still hurt because I’d stayed there nearly five hours (~11~4). >_>;;

Most of the places scanned your badge before giving you your freebie, and I’d assumed it was to keep people from getting back on line to get more stuff. But I went twice to the DellLounge and got two of the USB bracelet thingys, which are the most useful of the freebies. Maybe they had a cap of four; one for each day? In any case, I have three of those things now, 2 yesterday and 1 today. They’re 245MB USBs, not a whole lot but can hold a lot of text files, at least, and you can wear them on your wrist! (Course that’s no really useful for me considering I use Roxas to store .psd’s.)

I also got a newegg cap, a newegg/Windows Vista shirt (I actually gave this to imoto-kun ’cause he didn’t have badge, but the shirt was XL so he gave it back to me), a newegg rain poncho (…whut?), an ooma bag (for a while there, I kept thinking of this company as “emo”), a Digitaltips bag, Digitaltips paper mouse pads, a Magic:the Gathering REAL mouse pad, and, um, stuff. Including lots and lots of papers. Please don’t even ask why I bother taking those.

I bought a Xtatix USB hub ($9.99), since one of my USB slots doesn’t work and I got tired of having to move everything from a flash to my desktop and then back into a flash. Now I can move from Roxas to Zack, and vice versa! And now that I have USB bracelet thingys, I can move things to those, too! Problem solved! w00t! Why yes, I am being way too excited for something like that.

That was the second day, though. The first day I didn’t buy anything at Digitallife, but spent that lack on stuff from Gamestop & Radioshack. =_=;; Well, I had time to kill (I had to be somewhere at 6:00 but it was already ~5 so there was no way I’d make it home before then, so I decided to just head straight there, but it only takes ~10 minutes to get there so yea), and I was using the train station at Manhatten Mall so I figured I may as well look around. Plus I really wanted a PSP case. I ended up also buying screen guards (waste of $10.00. My fault, really, because I didn’t do it properly and dust got all over the guard, but that just…irritates me), and a FFVII:AC UMD because it was used and (relatively) cheap(er). Walked into Radioshack to get a second Memory card so me and imoto-kun could play on my PSPs at the same time.

And I have no idea why I just wrote all that detailed sh1t that has nothing to do with Digitallife. Must be blog withdrawal. Or lack of sleep. Or maybe I just really like my USB hub. ._.

Oh yeah, and there was a NY Times panel. It was empty. I laughed.
